So what is the consortium's strategy?
Why did RRR decide to dump at such a low price? The destruction in value of their JMS shareholding is breathtaking.
The form 604's lodged by the various "consortium" parties show control of 71.78% of JMS. But according to the company release dated 2 July, the consortium and "other related entities" have their foot on 86%.
If there is a "new" related party, then haven't the takeover provisions already been breached?
