It is interesting, NOT, they try to do "marketting" AFTER the fact/event, having already sold the company cheap.
They have gone about this whole process in COMPLETELY the reverse order.
They should have announced TACTI (as they did early this week), then this small cap presentation next monday, then share placement end of next week (note these placements are "a short few days" affair but they could work on it ahead of the actual placement if they wanted to).
