Plenty of ASX bios have gotten through phase 1 and 2 trials with shareholder and broker/insto support plus i have not seen any of these doing a consolidation yet.

Now depending on the type of trial and cost per trial site it may be necessary to get a biotech partner to fund phase 3 trial progress , this usually involves upfront payments and large sums of money on trial progress success. Patrys has new antibody drug tech which imo will have no problem getting funding at least up to stage 2 on an increasing share price.

The current price is being held down by the selling of those who bought large amounts of shares in early 2018 up towards 7c whilst it was over hyped on Hotcopper . The Top 20 who hold around 50% of PAB having paid less half that price have held over the past 2 years whilst those who bought in early 2018 in the Hotcopper rally have been offloading over the past 2 years bringing the price down to 1.5c , at some point it will turn up again.
