EGR will be able to process a material that is currently sent to landfill, which is made up of 50% natural graphite with US$3.5k per tonne and 50% synthetic Graphite which sells for US$10k+ per tonne,
Average US6.75k per tonne
Use the Ecograf process, purification cost of US1800 per tonne (including lab, water/air, and Admin) then resell the recycled material back to the battery manufacturers for a significant profit.
I would love to know the CAPEX of a EcoGraf production facility that doesn't require the micronising and spheronising stages.
