LNC's UCG technology came from "Russia" and I thought their diesel conversion knowledge was form the South Africans that were running around Chinchilla. Now sure they has real "proprietary" knowledge seeing UCG has been trialled and published in academic journals since the US trials in Wyoming in the 70s (?).
That said... they do have the experience of the different pilots they did... and you cant buy experience.
