guys, this should not be a surprise -- they were never going to offer more --- again, you forgot to put yourselves in their shoes..... 55c is far more than the market has ever valued it at.....not saying i am personally happy though...

I dont think NF has done a particularly good job of gettig a great value for shareholders though...PE value of 6 is not one he should be proud of.

we have alot of time on the decision on whether to accept or not. shareholder approval is not till July 22nd....and even if it does go through, you can still keep your shares...need to spend some time thinking about the dilutive affect re: chinese 60% condition..
