I'm on a yellow card from the mods for potentially having a go at mgt and thus need to be nice from here in.

What i can say is this,
- The options holders who bought on market have lost out, which is poor form IMO
- Mgt who were given options are able to profit
(observation and not having a go)
- There is a sea of dilution with 375M shares at 40c
- A myriad of "get out of jail" free cards, aka conditions, this deal is not over yet
- 55c is a small short term gain and IMO shareholders were far better off without the last two deals.
ME was a cash cow and the company was finally gaining traction in SP and interest levels.
- 55c was 2c below my guess
