Just finished watching the press con by DENR Undersecretary in Philippines.

20 mines will be suspended (30 in total including the previous suspensions). Below are the 20 that are to be suspended:

I don't think I spelled some of them correctly but included in the list are big niockel miners. From the press con, the undersecretary stated that 55.5% of production will be lost (I'm not sure if this excludes the production lost due to previous suspensions).
