I would like management to look at the chart below and study the trend carefully before assessing their performance with respect to salaries and existing/future share incentive plans etc.

There is not other valid metric to measure director/management performance. The share price is the only thing that matters to those who have invested in YOW. Management can invent all the bullshit KPIs they want, but the chart below is the cold hard facts!

Take the chart back another six months and the trend doesn't change. Disastrous.
