the guy is totally deluded in saying that our public hospital system is performing strongly.
clearly he isn't one of those who have to wait 10 hours to see a doctor in a ridiculously overcrowded Emergency department full of ambulances unable to offload patients from stretchers because there are already 80 patients in a department designed for 30,
or had to wait 9 months to see an Orthopaedic surgeon in the outpatient clinics, or had to wait 2 years on a surgery waiting list.
