I think what is happening here is that a group of people that were remunerated with shares for the acquisition of an asset are now selling them to buy either into FAS or the spin off of GWR. Meanwhile GWR rots on the vine and they pick up anyones shares who want out. Then one day, the bigger and better companies take over GWR for pocket change.

All eyes on the latest Top 20 and the annual report due any day now.
