I think that what has happened over the last few weeks is;

1) Someone holding a significant parcel of shares has been selling this entity has a price that it wants to achieve without sending GWR stock to oblivian.

2) The entity selling is not a Director or holds > 5% of stock otherwise it would need to be lodging substantial shareholder notices.

3) With all of this selling there has been significant demand. The buyers are not from a substantial shareholder (>5% of stock) as they would need to advise the market. In other words GWR stock is in demand and not from a select few
