Seems to me you need to do some more homework before you will be able to assess LYC correctly.
The first thing to consider is who owns the debt, why they have made the loan, is there more to the lending than just a commercial loan, can the loan or part of the loan be converted to equity and is the loan unreasonable considering the cost for any opposition to get a new plant up and running. You also have to take into account the strategic importance of Lynas, the fact that China dominates the rare earth business to date, that they are also selling below true cost and the need for Chinese production to be less polluting.
If you consider all these things then you can come to no other conclusion than that Lynas will survive, income and profitability will improve and the debt will be managed.
