i would say any listed company on any level with $$ to MC.. i also agree that i dont think that is his full intention, however even if he wanted to with the last vote there is a creep clause in which he can only increase his % holding something like 1.5% per 6 months. the main reason that this is taking so long is all the red tape involved over there to do with government and periods of instability.. everything @ best moving @ a snails pace and then you add on the issues with the soums and it slows things down even further. this is and has never been a quick play but the pay off will be proportionate to the length of time this has all taken.. go back and watch all the interviews with david from when he came on board haha you can see the length of time and the toll this whole thing has taken but will be worth it..
