Why are they so desperate to give the asset to SYS ? Do the directors have roles line up there ? Or shares in SYS ? We know Bruno did ( or still does) ?
I mean you couldnt make this stuff up. I hope the ASX is aware, or is being made aware...
At the very least MEU have offered $2.6m - $350k more and they aren't even acknowledged in this announcement !!
Hey directors - another $350k is a few more long lunches and few more junkets to inspect assets that you will probably run into the ground. Get your attention now??
I have never seen a company as poorly run as this one and i currently hold 80 companies with market caps of less than $10m and have had some stinkers over the years.
