Morning everyone,

I like the near term prospects of CHK & been waiting for this CR to come first before looking to buy in.

No one should be surprised by the CR, the stock is up 60% in 2 weeks & it's normal to do a CR before any drill results in case results not good.

O & G juniors do this all the time during drilling of high risk offshore wells.

The good news is the 5 day VWAP is now 1.6 cents - scroll down on this link:

So CR maybe at around 20% discount at 1.3 cents.

160 million shares issued will bring in around $2 million for further drilling into 2021 on initial good results hopefully?
