Well close to 20 million shares have been traded from 5th October till today. If we assume shareholders other than CBA are responsible for 200,000 per trading day on average, that would have allowed CBA to trade ALL of their shares.

I suspect the best thing we can do is look at volumes over the next couple of weeks. If we only see about a million shares a week traded perhaps we can conclude that their is some truth to the rumour that CBA have actually sold out of NFL.

We have so often seen a great build up of depth on the BUY side only to see that wiped out by huge trades over the last month.

Perhaps my wife will even forgive me for letting her buy some NFL shares ;)
