I think Tullow are sinking drills left right and centre - so there maybe a drill in 2014 in Block 12B.

Less likley Otto will sink any drills anytime soon.

I think our guys are just building a presence and building exploration assets to increase their % of finding oil and having success.

They don't to want to be a one (or no) hit wonder or have all their eggs in one or two drills.

They seem to be slowly but steadily building % of success.
