It is clear that the Balkans deal has impacted in a huge way in terms of trust as far as management are concerned. This shows progress, BUT they have dug their own grave as far as I am concerned as holders and the rest of the market are now expecting more before they take them seriously.

On this basis it may mean, off take agreements and use of facility before any upward movement. The thing is that between now and then it is likely to need more cash, wich is more dillution and if they are doing this at all time lows, it makes it that much harder to break through this unacceptable barrier.
