I get your drift but can't really agree because many factors can come into play by next week. They could even make an announcement re Togo by that time!! Then you cannot possibly comment on how the market reacted to this Ann. Fact is, the response HAS suggested the market is underwhelmed (and my statement does not cover the future anyway). Announcements that really impress the market have immediate responses. Think Minotaur rising 20 fold quite a few years back on the back of a positive announcement. Didn't wait a week to digest the news. There can be no denying that the market is currently underwhelmed and to say that is a ludicrous statement is, with all respect, ludicrous!
