Thanks for posting those articles.
Quite clearly the negotiations between CI/BMB and the Tauron Power Station are ongoing.
Let's hope we get that UFA agreement signed in the next few days as a pre-cursor to the off-take agreement.

With regards to the map and the boundaries that you have posted I can't comment if the boundaries are in the right location.
All I can comment on is that I stood at the site of our future mine and its location (based on your diagram) is as follows:

1. Mark a point on the line between point B and C about ⅔ of the way from B towards C and you will end up in a big sand pit.

2. Draw a perpendicular line from that point in the SW direction until you hit the edge of the sand pit.

If I recall correctly, that's roughly where the mine is supposed to go.
