    The charges referred to were very much attributable to the demise of PIL.

    It is deeply disappointing that no explanation will be made available to the many, many shareholders who lost heavily as a result of them. This deal is a final slap in the face to all.

    Ministry of Health, PIL Directors and Executive - shame on you.

    Never again.
