He's holding 929k shares valued at 6.5k as at the last Annual Report. So yeah, not holding anything, more than likely given to him.
The entire board holds around 2.3m shares, which I think bar for one of them, have all been given.
I'd imagine as a KMP his disclosure of share trades would need to be reported with an Appendix 3Y, so if that's changed it probably would've been reported.
Hilarious though hey, the entire board is holding the collective value of 16k in shares in this company with most of them having been given to them...
