IN MY OPINION the best you you can do is... tender the shares to Shandong for 1 AUD ... you keep the chance for higher compensation in the event Shandong wins the battle (you get the difference form 1 AUD to Final Price later) ... with the money you get now buy other hammered stocks due for recovery ... maybe POG will go to 1600-1700$ , nice new oppurtunities out there... double gain!
