Agree ! Good to see the old boys club being kept in check.
Why should those guys keep getting performance rights for simply doing their job.For which they are already paid. As someone who spends a lot of time in Canada i can attest to corporate governance being a lot more rigorous there than what it is here. I'm pleased to see the Canadian holders giving those directors a lesson in where the real power lies. With the owners of the company !
