Lol. Interesting announcement from management of CVF. The comments are valid, why risk it for a few "cents". This is our hard earned, how about you just give us a few "cents". Their huge cash balance shows they haven't been doing nothing ... so although they may be contractually entitled to it, would it not be more ethical to reduce it. Its also unlikely an investment agreement doesn't have clauses built in for cancellation due to non performance etc... Love the pressure.
If they are really worried about this falling over just cut the termination fee and I'm sure all us smaller shareholders would roll over. It is only a few "cents" after all.
