This is not an on market buy back. This is the cancellation of a loan, where no money actually changed hands, to buy shares that were never actually bought. This is just them cleaning up the registry as far as I can tell. GDA should do a better job of explaining these transactions actually, they confused me for a long time, and they still do really.
