First ramper?? Come on Tony. Read some of the glory days rampers (in their time) - Shim, TB, LT come to mind for me - I am sure there are a few more. Tunes have changed now, but history is there to be examined.
I do not regard Philipper as a ramper - just has (justifiable to me) confidence at this point in time. Did not see a suggestion of selling the house. I too have confidence, as distinct from the certainty as expressed by a few pre (and post, for a time) Acadia deal.
If I did not have confidence, I would be out NOW.
It is speculative, it could still fall (right) over, but I consider it to be better risk/reward value than it has ever been in my time.
