ned, the depending on how this mine plays out.......

im guessing the 50% owners of Ti1 who own the immediate surrounding land,
which has potentially 5 billion of tonnes of ore with a 40 year mine life as identified by ti1.....

may acquire/merge with ti1 and roll their surrounding prospects into ti1....big dilution but.

and i reckon there may be a consolidation of shares or some other proposal to reduce SOI in the near future.
