This increase of $9/kg adds $200mill pa to yearly cashflow and on a multiple of 5 $1 bill to the value of the company or 60c/share!

The RE price could halve and the stock will be worth $2/share so there is great upside potential from here.

Expect further broker upgrades as contracts sign up, the plant gets closer to completion and the RE price stays right up here. The thing is the prices on a per kg basis are insignificant due to the small quantities in the end products needed - its availability that they need and are screaming for.
