They had a bigger market cap years ago but they keep adding shares to pay debt. Like last year they had 30billion shares for the same value price and they did a consolidation of 150 to 1 which made it a share price of 15cents with 200million shares and that lasted 6days before it was 1 cent again.

since they've added over 600million shares with another 100million added on friday bringing it close to a billion

if you are talking about the article by * on the Australian page . I have emailed them about it and raised the issues about clz and they are looking into it.

Shareholders are never going to see a return with the ceo not even owning shares themselves. I believe they get paid 1 million a year
