    Yes that is an Argosy tweet. They have been putting a few tweets up recently about cobalt.
    I don't think they have paid it but there is an option to put the payment off if the vendors agree. I can see that happening.
    I do know that the JORC is only for 30% of the targeted area so resource could be far bigger.
