I think one likely scenario is that MAK will bed down their BON takeover ,then proceed with developing their Wonarah .As the project progresses later in the year ,and MAK share price shoots up over a dollar ,their market cap will be large enough to get UCL for little more than their share price today and very little dilution .Nice and clean .
