Also, Kokomo is not included in resource figures but has 20 Mt to 40 Mt from work carried out by previous explorers. With 16 Km of strike it may be conservative. SO I would say in excess of $10 Billion dollars.

You're all out by a factor of 2. If this is the case, the project may go ahead and produce at the rate of 15,000 to 20,000 tonnes of nickel per annum. That's US $600 Million per annum in sales - and the payback will be very fast being a heap leach operation. Operating margins will be very high in the early years with >1.5% nickel on the heap (that's US $450/t dirt or 22 g/t gold equivalent). Assuming a 1Mt production per annum in the first year during ramp up phase and they make US $200/t clear - that makes US $200M in the bank. Year 2 would be double that !!!!!
