Patterson is known as the "6% broker"......1% for setting up and 5% on the exit soon after issue. They are much like a bad real estate agent that works more on lower the vendor's expectations than for them with prospect buyers.
Success with the next round of exploration should allow them to move up the corporate advisory ladder + open doors for future raisings.
