    Hi Slogger,

    Agreed there are newcomers to this stock but I assume they can leave just as quickly as they came (trading halt aside). JV with Trinity is old news and would believe has been factored in. Was a little taken back as to the red carpet treatment offered to Trinity but Im sure the MD is acting in SH interests and not self interests.

    What did concern me was the fees associated with consultants. I hope the MD is not a affiliated with any of these firms as well.
