Precisely why mgt are looking to raise $25 mil away from 'retail', imo.
As if one can convince a market to spend 5c, when panic is now sending s/p lower!

I seem to remember, for instance, HUN raising mega millions ($1.50 p/s) when market twas in low $1.20's.

We cant see the forest, for the trees.
Get the cash from those with longer vision.
We can learn an aweful lot from the Chinese for example, who are out there buying up for the long long term!

I'd say ME and crew are on the right track.
