I believe that a fair amount of people still don't realise that the model TV2 is using so far is not B2C (Netflix, Stan, fetch etc). Tv2 is providing a B2B platform and technology in a encompass-all package (content, analytics, taregetted advertising etc) to other companies (telcos, ISPs, governments) who are looking to add their version of OTT streaming to their offerings. Tv2 then receives revenue for the work their partners put in to get new subscribers.

There are of course risks just as there are benefits to this model and you should dyor regarding it yourself.
