It is clear in my opinion that this deal will never go ahead,and was never going to go ahead.It reminds me very much of the current sundance(SDL) takeover saga,in that sdl shares have traded at a 50% discount to the takeover offer,as the market smelled a rat.This is a very similar situation to which KOR finds itself now in.Also in regard to SDL,the suitor kept missing deadlines and getting extensions,again,much like what is currently happening here at KOR.I actually made a prediction that this would occur here when this "deal"was first announced,and was promptly moderated for it........
