why do you interpret this as good news? It is at best neutral.
Some have said he exercised because good news is coming. So what????? Think about it, if good news is released, he would gain whether he exercises the options now, or later!!!
At worst, he has exercised the options so he can sell the shares (very very unlikely though given that he was pretty bullish at the AGM)
