Might be both Aquila and AMCI?
Aquila may see AMCI buying and decide to raise the stakes???
I still think if Aquila increases we will see a takeover coming.....i mean they could end up with all the jv's and land they hold for say 40 cents???? Aquila are rolling in cash!!!
