    i agree it is another epic FAIL,
    but -
    at least this time they've told everyone before the deadline, rather than no news at all for an extended period past the deadline.
    and it sounds like the resource definition might still come out on time.
    best of luck to those holding.
    hopefully i can buy back in at 3c next year... :)
