I tend to agree Kingpin. In the Quarterly released in February, it said "Procedural approval expected late first quarter or early second quarter, followed by production early second quarter".
That is a fairly big miss, as we sit here today.
The approval has proven to be anything but procedural, which begs the question, what is the problem? I'm sure they would be getting feedback from the approval agency. Heck the application went in November last year, and we are none the wiser 7 months later. Meaningful communication not a strong point over the last six months.
Can totally understand people who don't have an intimate knowledge of the Company wanting to crystallize their losses for tax purposes. Meaning more suffering for the long term shareholders.
