Kingpin the company has until Dec 3 to sort out the convertible note requirement. They could have a longer period but they said 3 weeks were sufficient. That indicates they their house in order. They have also stated several times they have been working on recapitalization and new funding moving forward. No new funding options were ever going to happen without the full EPA. Any information I have has come from brokers or people with large holdings of 5E. You can ring JT or email him and he invariably gets back to you. I don’t know anything concrete but 5e have had 9 months to work on multiple funding options whilst waiting for the EPA. I am still confident once the convertible note mess is sorted we see a clear path moving forward. I am way over my head with this stock but remain a believer. The world is desperately seeking Boron and we will be next cab of the rank. Any significant funding will halt the Shorters in their tracks. Good luck to all patient holders.
