maybe they have security over the whole plant, and will be the first to line up to claim a credit if it does go bankrupt. There is always a way to pick over the carcass to one the cheap
pick up the valuable scraps, with out the burdens of debt and poor history.. US system of chapter 11 is a great way to reboot & enterprise.. though usually with new and secured holders of fresh debt.
