There was an interesting remark from JT around 56min in a thorough response to the plans for Boron advanced materials such as oxides, borates, nitrides, carbides as opposed to boric acid.
JT mentioned that one of the advancements they've had is that the US Department of Defence has approached them in a couple of different capacities asking them about their ability to produce specifically two advanced materials.
JT said he can't identify to the broader audience what those are,
- but it is done out of a need for domestic product.
- it is done out a need for a very short stockpile life.
- and it's going to provide 5E with a great opportunity.
When they get to that point that there is funding and commerical agreements then they will then communicate that to the market.

As soon as JT specified a short stockpile life my mind wandered of to Boron solid or gel fuel for supersonic ramjet rockets and/or various boron fuel-enrichements possibilities like JP-10 jet fuel. The short stockpile life spesifically due to fuel stability.
It does put the announcement "5E ADVANCED MATERIALS SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT WITH ESTES ENERGETICS TO
COLLABORATE IN PRODUCING BORON BASED MATERIALS FOR SOLID ROCKET MOTORS " on the 14th Decemember 2022 in a broader perspective. As per that announcement 'Estes Energetics is a U.S. based company and supplier to the U.S. Department of Defense'. Where they asked to join forces?
