Just had a quick look on the 10Q and the MDA, nothing surprising but looks like the court case is still going. If people are interested you can see some progress on a website call “www.court listener.com”. You can’t view any legal doc but looks like it’s moving in a sense.

The cashflow remains a concern as always, with 8mil in the bank and the three months operating expense is at 4.2m. So basically we need to secure funding with a 3-4 month period. Will that happen? Honestly with government turn around I highly doubted it as it mentioned they submitted the application only in March 2024. So what’s the next step? I don’t know the answer - it could be some internal loan probably to drag it out as I don’t suspect the convertible note to be revised again.

i don’t really understand the “loss on extinguishment of debt” if anyone can shed some light on this, it will be appreciated!!
