I think most believe the boron thematic, it all comes down to how they will fund the next stage. If they secure a royalty or offtake agreement or gain a $40 million grant from the Department of Defense then that provides the certainty that investors want.
I feel once the first domino falls this stock will start to move in a meaningful way. Until then the spectre of further dilution remains.
oh I wish they raised $100 m when the market cap was over a billion, and we wouldn't be in this mess.
