Why wouldn't they be loading up. The US two broker reports have price targets of $36 which is around $5.20 here and IMO those reports are damn conservative. Even at current values we are still currently trading at less than half of this. Importantly we are really close to initial production so this should go hard very soon - just need management to sell the story and get the momentum going. An announcement about some lithium partners and government funding would send it skyrocketing.
