any idea of the lease cost? likely inconsequential amount. It's likely a prudent and navigable course to get the first project up, commissioned, bugs ironed out all up and running. Ensuring that their chosen methodology is sound, else if it needs tweaking or replicating, it can be accounted for. Lessons learnt then applied. I'm comfortable with a staged approach, Salt wells in the background for now.
